Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SourceLeads (operated by NuStack Digital Ventures), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.
2. Permitted Use
SourceLeads provides business lead generation tools for lawful marketing and sales purposes. You agree not to use our service for spam, harassment, unsolicited bulk outreach, or any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR where applicable.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
4. Lead Data
Business data provided through SourceLeads is sourced from publicly available directories (Google Places, Yelp, NPI Registry, SAM.gov). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of lead data. You agree to use exported data in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Subscription & Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Square payment processing. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. The 14-day free trial requires no payment information and converts to a paid plan only with your explicit action.
6. Intellectual Property
The SourceLeads platform, including its AI models, scoring algorithms, UI, and underlying software, is owned by NuStack Digital Ventures. You retain ownership of any data you export from the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
SourceLeads is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. NuStack Digital Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.
